Who we are
The website hasanbadran.co.il is operated by Dr. Hassan Badran (the "Operator"), the controller of the site's inquiries database. For any privacy matter, contact us via the contact page or at info@hasanbadran.co.il. The binding version of this policy is the Hebrew version.
What data is collected
Contact form: name, phone, and optionally email, requested treatment, preferred clinic and a free-text message. The data is sent only after ticking the consent checkbox.
Anonymous analytics: the site counts page views (page path only) — no personal identification, no tracking cookies and no third-party tools.
Browser storage: the site stores your display preference (light/dark) and your consent-banner choice. Only after consent, the campaign source (UTM parameters) is also stored for measurement.
How the data is used
Inquiry details are used solely to get back to you and handle your inquiry. We do not share the data with third parties, unless required by law.
How long data is kept
Inquiries are kept for up to 12 months from submission or last activity — and are then deleted automatically. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Data security
The data is stored in a secured database on the site's hosting server; access is restricted to authorized personnel and password-protected. Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS).
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review the data kept about you, and to request its correction or deletion. Use the contact page for such requests.
Mailing
We do not send marketing emails. An automatic confirmation email is sent only in response to your inquiry.
Appointment management and WhatsApp reminder
Appointments are scheduled directly by clinic staff and cannot be booked through the website. We retain the patient's name, phone number, optional email, treatment, clinic and appointment time to manage the appointment. A one-way WhatsApp service reminder is sent approximately 24 hours before the appointment; the patient does not need to confirm their phone number or appointment through the message. Data required to deliver the reminder is transmitted to Meta as the WhatsApp provider and is not used for marketing.
